A CRUTCH, A CRISIS, A CALL, THE CROSS
Have you ever shared your faith on the job site? It is not an easy thing to do at work.
If you have or will do so in the future, you will probably experience one of several scenarios:
People who deem the Gospel as a crutch.
Those who say those who accept the Gospel are always in a crisis.
Coworkers who want to argue the most minute details of the Gospel to sidetrack the main point – Salvation
People who want nothing to do with the Gospel.
Those who gladly hear the Gospel and accept it.
Sounds like Jesus’ parable of the sower, doesn’t it? However, remember that whichever scenario you encounter, your call is to share the Gospel. Allow the cross of Jesus and the Holy Spirit to do the rest!

16 I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being, 17 so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, 18 may have power, together with all the Lord’s holy people, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, 19 and to know this love that surpasses knowledge—that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God.
